At Destined Renovations and Partners, we’re actively seeking a variety of properties that fit within our buy box or that of our clients. While we’re open to purchasing anywhere for the right price, our primary focus is on properties located in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, Colorado, Philadelphia, and Ohio. Below are some specifics of what we’re looking for, but if you have a property that falls outside these guidelines, feel free to reach out. Properties that need work (as-is)

If you had tenants ruin a property or it's been sitting for a while, or just hasn't been renovated in the last few years and needs to be taken to the market standard. We buy these properties as is for cash.

Section 8

We are building a portfolio of section 8 homes. Ideally we are looking for at least 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but we much prefer 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom in St Louis.

We also purchase land all over the US. We are looking for large land parcels and luxury developments.10+ Acres - 750 AcresWe love farm land and also areas that are up and coming that we can build homes on.We also love land in beautiful locations that we can place tiny homes on.

Private investor funds

We also work with a small group of funds to build their portfolios. Buy box typically is 3 Bedroom, 1 bathroom minimum 850 Sq ft minimum Price Ranges 50k-450k
